We all do behaviours based on our values and beliefs. These behaviours, be they too much, too little, too big or too small will result in your practice either suffering or shining.
The well used statement of “people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care” begs to be taken apart a little.
You have a preference for certain behaviours. Likewise your practice members do also - but they may not be the same as yours.
Above all, your practice members want to know that you care there's a disconnect here
So, what is “Caring” to them may be very different to you.
